All of our programs strive to give creatives the tools they need to dismantle systemic inequalities they see in their communities, civically engage to hold decision makers to power, and become effective change-makers in their own right.

    Change Agents Journalism Lab and Podcast

    The Change Agents journalism lab provides the tools to produce professionally crafted audio documentaries that highlight issues, challenges and ground level efforts for justice and social change.

    Each journalist leaves the program with a better understanding of non-extractive community journalism and a quality episode produced in the Change Agents podcast.

    Educational Workshops

    Our educational workshops provide an immersive overview of media production fundamentals that include story development, research techniques, equipment training, editing, distribution and social media marketing.

    Participants are immersed in learning and practicing how to successfully collaborate with diverse communities, increasing their skills in empathetic listening, transparency and cultural dexterity to work meaningfully with and around people of varied cultural and racial backgrounds.

    Documentary Films

    Our documentary films combine storytelling and messaging to craft visually and emotionally compelling non-fiction narratives that heighten awareness, promote cross-cultural understanding and inspire behavioral change and community building.

    Our audio documentaries and podcasts tackle contemporary concerns by featuring the perspectives and experiences of those marginalized, misrepresented or overlooked in the media, whose grassroots actions for change are correcting the historical record and overcoming systemic injustices.
